Description

The Park Village consists of an ensemble of differently architecturally designed houses, a total of nine buildings. With the Park Village, the team of architects created an unmistakable area that impresses both with the individual charisma of the individual buildings and with its representative overall character.

If necessary, each floor can be divided into two rental units. On the other hand, rental areas in neighboring buildings can be combined into larger units via the basement. The expansion is carried out according to tenant-specific needs with glass fins, a new floor covering and kitchenettes. Cooling sails can be installed as an option.
